By accessing or using 4Play Game (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we"), you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement, so please read them in full before accessing the site or creating an account.

4Play Game's Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For significant updates, a notification will be sent to your registered email or phone number.

The Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy form part of this agreement alongside the Terms & Conditions. Together, these three documents make up the complete rules governing use of 4Play Game.

To register an account on 4Play Game, the following conditions must be met:

• Users must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• Each individual may open only one account. Holding more than one account will be treated as multi-accounting.
• The name, phone number, and date of birth provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. Do not share it with anyone.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

A valid mobile number must be provided at registration and confirmed via OTP. The same mobile number cannot be used to create more than one account.

The following rules apply to all deposits made on 4Play Game:

Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus winnings.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if suspicious activity is detected.

Multiple withdrawal requests can be submitted on the same day, but each will be processed separately. Withdrawals exceeding BDT 50,000 may require additional verification.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by 4Play Game:

• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement, typically 20–30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Each user may claim a promotion only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days. If wagering requirements are not completed within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• 4Play Game reserves the right to cancel any bonus without notice if abuse is suspected.

Special promotional offers such as free bets, cashback, or reload bonuses may carry separate terms, which will be detailed on the relevant promotion page.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on 4Play Game:

• Minimum bet is 50 BDT. Maximum bet limits vary depending on the event and market.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out feature is available).
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.
• 4Play Game reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• In live betting, if your connection drops while a bet is already being processed, that bet remains valid.

4Play Game's decision is final in any betting-related dispute. That said, we are committed to resolving all disputes through a fair and transparent process.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 4Play Game:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using multiple devices or IP addresses to abuse bonuses.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illicit funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) is part of international financial compliance. KYC verification is mandatory on 4Play Game in the following situations:

• When making your first withdrawal.
• When total withdrawals exceed 50,000 BDT.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.

KYC typically requires a scanned copy of your National ID or passport, a screenshot of your mobile wallet, and a selfie if needed. Verification is usually completed within 1–2 business days.

4Play Game believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a path to addiction. That's why we place responsible gaming at the heart of everything we do.

Each member can manage the following options directly from their account settings:

• Daily/Weekly Deposit Limit: Set your own deposit limits, your way.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to permanently exclude yourself from the platform.
• Reality Check: Periodic updates on your gaming session duration and spending.

4Play Game reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• The date of any changes will be shown at the top of the page under "Last Updated".
• Registered users will be notified by SMS or email of any significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept the updated terms.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. In the event of a dispute, the decision of 4Play Game's management shall be considered final.
